We are seeking a dedicated Custodial Technician to join our team in the Lebanon County area. This full-time role offers a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm, contributing to maintaining clean and safe environments for our clients while supporting our company's mission of quality service.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
Ensure all facilities are kept in pristine condition according to company standards.
Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow safety protocols and environmentally friendly practices.
Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks effectively.
Qualifications
Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers and polishers.
Excellent time management skills to adhere to scheduled shifts.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
MUST have a very clean Background as required by the state
